Terms and Conditions for Online Course Purchases

By purchasing an online course from Elements Health and Wellness Ltd. or Sebastian Escobar Deossa (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Course Access

1.1. Upon payment, access to course materials will be provided through our online platform.

1.2. Access credentials are for individual use only. Sharing login information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without a refund.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payment plans may be available please contact us, this is decided on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1. All sales are final due to the digital nature of our courses and instant access to content.

3.2. Refund requests will only be considered for exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues beyond your control, and must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of purchase to elementswellnessinq@gmail.com

3.3. Failure to contact us within the specified timeframe forfeits your right to request a refund or dispute.

3.4. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and course access may be revoked immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

4.2. Materials are provided under a non-transferable license for personal use only.

4.3. Sharing or referencing content requires full credit to Elements Health and Wellness or Sebastian Deossa. Social media posts must tag our accounts or will be reported as copyright infringement.

5. User Responsibility

5.1. Users are responsible for ensuring their technology, internet connection, and software meet the course requirements.

5.2. Technical issues on the user's end are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

6. Course Updates

6.1. We reserve the right to update course content as needed for quality and relevance.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course participation, as results depend on individual effort.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages resulting from course use.

7.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1. By purchasing, you agree to our no-refund policy and waive the right to file disputes after seven (7) calendar days.

8.2. Chargebacks in violation of these terms will result in revoked access and potential legal action.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

9.2. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada

11. Product Add-On Offers and Shipping Terms

11.1. Shipping fees apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout.

11.2. Duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. Refusal to pay will result in forfeiture of the items without refund.

11.3. Processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary and are subject to delays beyond our control.

12. Right to Refuse or Revoke Enrollment

12.1. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual deemed unfit to participate in our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who demonstrate a lack of requisite educational qualifications, display disrespectful or mean behavior or engage in racist or hateful conduct. If such cases, no refund, exchange, or return will be provided.

12.2. We also reserve the right to revoke a diploma and report such actions to the relevant association or regulatory body if a therapist endangers their life, a client’s life, or engages in behavior including, but not limited to, spreading hate, racism, or misinformation. In such cases, no refund, exchange, or return will be issued.
