Refunds & Return
- For refunds or returns please submit a request via contact page page within 7 days of delivery and you will be contacted by our customer service team on the next steps to arrange a refund or return. If we are not contacted within 7 days of delivery, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns.
- When requesting a refund or return the product must be in its original condition unsealed/unpacked with no damage to the packaging or product.
- Please make sure the item is packaged properly so it cannot be damaged when it is in transit, as the product(s) is your sole responsibility until it has reached our warehouse.
- The product cannot be opened, damaged, used or worn. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we have the right to refuse any refund or returns. Please contact us as we will give you a specific return address.
NON-REFUNDABLE ( NO EXCEPTIONS )
- Digital Products & Online Courses are final sale and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be given please follow download instructions carefully.

The following products are considered perishable, such products may be subject to temperature, storage conditions, and/or are sanitary items. Therefore, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Pillows, essential oils, pain relief lotions, salves & cremes
- All liquid products, including, but not limited to: oils lotions, cremes, or personal hygiene products
- Products on final sale or liquidation
- All Pail size products of 20 kg or greater
- Unsealed organic products
- Gift Cards, all sample products
- Personal Protective Equipment, not limited to: masks, gloves, shields and outerwear
- All disposables, including but not limited to: disposable table sheets, pillowcases, or headrest covers
Items Damaged During Shipping
No matter where you’re located, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we’re here to help! Please send us clear photos of the box and its contents as they arrived. This will allow us to assess the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Ordered the Wrong Item?
Mistakes happen—we understand! Most products (excluding non-returnable items listed above) can be returned within **14 days of receipt** for a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
Subjective Returns After the 7-Day Return Period (Change of Mind)
If you’ve changed your mind and there was no error on our part, we accept unused returns within **14 days of receipt**. Returns made beyond the 7-day period may be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Products
Received a defective product? We’re committed to making things right. Please contact us within **7 days of receiving the product** for a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer. We’ll also coordinate with the supplier on your behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.
Refund Policy For In Person Workshop
- Full Refund (100%):
- Available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the course start date.
- A written request for cancellation must be submitted by email within this timeframe.
- Partial Refund (50%):
- Offered for cancellations made 21–29 days before the course start date.
- Covers administrative and planning costs already incurred.
- No Refund (0%):
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made 14 days or less before the course start date.
- This includes no-shows and cancellations for any reason.
- Rescheduling Option:
- Participants may transfer their registration to a future course one time if the request is made at least 21 days before the course start date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 21 days before the course will incur a 25% rebooking fee.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- Refunds or transfers for cancellations within 14 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies (e.g., medical issues) with supporting documentation.
- Respect, Safety, Carelessness (0%):
- We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrollment to any individual deemed unfit to participate in our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who demonstrate a lack of requisite educational qualifications, display disrespectful or mean behaviour towards the teacher or peers, and or engages in racist or hateful conduct. If such cases, no refund, exchange, or return will be provided.
- We also reserve the right to revoke a diploma and report such actions to the relevant association or regulatory body if a therapist endangers their life, a client’s life, or engages in behavior including, but not limited to, spreading hate, racism, or misinformation. In such cases, no refund, exchange, or return will be issued.

Participants are responsible for confirming their own association insurance eligibility, scope of practice, and insurance coverage with their own professional association and insurer; Elements Health & Wellness communicates only with associations for CEC approval. For those traveling from out of province, Elements Health & Wellness Academy, its directors, employees, volunteers, instructors, and venues are not liable for cancellations, delays, or losses due to unforeseen circumstances (including weather, health, or extreme events); travel insurance is strongly recommended. This certification provides educational training in assisted Thai-inspired stretching techniques only and does not qualify participants to diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions, nor does it replace professional licensure or regulation.
